Due to health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns. However, a full refund will be granted for items that arrive damaged, defective, or that are not as pictured or described on their listing. Any items that are lost in the mail will be replaced or fully refunded. In certain circumstances, we may provide partial refunds to customers that are unsatisfied with their order. This will be judged on a case by case basis and is left to our sole discretion.
